One of the youngest American electro house producers to walk this Earth touches down at Lavo NY this Thursday. Porter Robinson, hailing from Chapel Hill, North Carolina, can definitely hang with the big boys. At the age of 18/19, he performed along side Skrillex on his OWSLA tour and already possesses two releases on Skrillex's record label OWSLA including his debut track "Spitfire" and sophomore release; legendary "Unison". Another noteworthy brand new production from Porter Robinson entitled "Language" was just released on Big Beat/Ministry Of Sound earlier this week. Starting out his producing career on Sony ACID Pro at a mere 12 years old, what did you expect? This could be the one of the reasons this young magnate is dominating EDM right now along with enormous amounts of musical talent infused in his DNA. Taking a trip down memory lane, I recall Porter Robinson throwing it down in New York City, making one of the dirtiest first impressions on me and 50,000 Electric Zoo goers in 2011, but he didn't stop there. In 2011 he also performed at numerous festivals including Ultra Music Festival, Electric Forest, Nocturnal Festival, and Electric Daisy Carnival in three different cities. Continuing strong into 2012 with outstanding performances at Ultra Music Festival and most recent, Coachella. Not good enough?
